The bikes started easy, even the electrics seemed to last longer than the 650’s (less vibration maybe). The 500 employed the classic triumph firing order, where the pistons rose and fell at the same time, and fired on opposite strokes, one right after the other. Motor internals, while smaller, copied the modified edward turner design faithfully. The unit design was compact, and some say better manufactured than the 650 was. Great people, honest and professional. Looking forward to the museum opening. 1977 triumph bonneville 750 t140va rare classic bonny in mint condition with very low milesthe epitome of the original bonneville line. A 5 speed, left side shift model, it’s cosmetically and mechanically mint. It only has 3,205 miles, she runs very fast and handles like a dream. The previous owner bought the bike when it only had 1,790 miles on it and he took care of it exceptionally well before we acquired it. The gas cap and tank is in brand new condition, the tank has been repainted in the factory two tone style with hand painted pinstripe at a cost of $1,200. 00, the original seat, grips and chrome is in excellent condition. The rear fender still has the original 5 speed logo on the back! It’s a great classic quality antique! Great people, honest, professional. Looking forward to the museum opening.
